Jeff Cooperman

CEO

Jeff is the Owner and CEO of Star, which has grown from a collection of acquisitions beginning in 2015.  Prior to that, Jeff worked as a CPA in public accounting where he provided audit and consultation services to a variety of clients in the manufacturing & distribution, media and not-for-profit industries.  Jeff earned a BS in Finance and Accounting at Syracuse University and currently lives in New York City.   While he may be a professional in the office, Jeff is a true amateur in some of his sporting pursuits, which include golf and fishing. 

Fran Goldrick

CFO

Fran has been with Star since October 2015, when it was founded. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Siena College in 2007 and went on to be CPA specializing in the small business sector. He enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons,Graham and Owen, and two dogs, Tucker and Carmelo.

Denise Keller

Office Manger

Denise is Star Print's Office Manager. She is the very first friendly face you'll see when you enter Star's West Nyack showroom! After graduating high school, she worked in customer service, and went on to own a candy store! She loves listening to music, taking walks and hiking.

Kevin Spencer

Art Director

Kevin Spencer was born and raised in a small town in Central NJ that you've most likely never heard of. He attended the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and graduated with a degree in Animation. He has experience ranging from event video editing,  portraits, logo designs as well as custom commissions. He has been published in magazines, books and had his art used on several record releases.

Heather Lang

Director of Marketing

Heather joined Star in 2019 as the Director of Marketing. She has studied at Pratt Institute, FIT, and Cornell University. She operated her own company in the wedding industry as founder and designer for 7 years. She has worked as a fine artist, product designer, marketing specialist, interior designer, content creator, graphic designer and curator. She lives in Harlem, NY with her boyfriend and 2 dogs.

DJ Dross

Art Coordinator

DJ is an in-house graphic designer at Star. He graduated from SUNY Oswego with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. His hobbies include mountain biking, photography and any activities outdoors.

Jennifer Duriya

Project Manager

Jen is a boomerang employee who returned to Star because of her awesome co-workers. She has worked in project management and new product development for 7 years in cosmetics manufacturing. Jen likes to eat and travel, and only exercises so she can eat more. You can find her drinking a smoothie for breakfast and then ordering a huge, meat-filled sandwich because she is so hungry.

Carla Jeryc

Project Manager

While born and raised in the Garden State, Carla recently relocated from South Carolina and joined the Star team in June 2019 as a Project Manager. She performed key communications roles throughout her career and enjoys editing, proofreading, and is passionate about philanthropy. Carla most recently was employed by a longtime family-owned interior design firm as their showroom floor manager and sales associate responsible for custom design orders, staging the showroom, and ordering artwork, furniture, and accessories. She loves spending time with her husband and their two grown sons and their families. Carla has a fondness for canine friends and has two senior pups at home – Bishop and Thenie. If she could, she would have 10+ rescue dogs at home.

Susan Swallow

Project Manager

Susan is a veteran in the field of apparel sales and an original team member with Star. She earned her degree from FIT. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Barbara Shneider

Purchasing Specialist

Barbara joined the Star Print team in 2019. She is formerly an Executive Office Manager in Purchasing for over 13 years. She loves to travel, spend time at the beach, go bowling and spend time with her Yorkie, Bailey.

Bret Riley

Sales Director

20 year veteran of the screen print and embroidery business. Experience includes hands-on production management, equipment maintenance and sales. Graduate of Southern CT University with a degree in Managing in Communications. Terrible golfer, but consistently terrible and loves a good BBQ with friends.

Michelle Taylor

Sales Representative

Michelle has always ensured the highest levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. She has 21 years of experience in the Apparel, Sportswear, Apparel Decoration and Promotional Product Industries. Her true joys in life are being a wife, mother and Nana. She is a proud US Army Veteran, working with veterans on many levels but finds special enjoyment in the equine program to help veterans with PTSD.

Mike "Red" Walsh

Sales Representative

Mike represents Star in client programs and development. He worked for the New York Yankees for 7 years as the assistant to the traveling secretary, the real life George Costanza from the hit TV Show Seinfeld. He enjoys traveling and seeing the world with his wife, playing golf and spending time with family and friends.

JD Wood

Sales Representative

J.D. is based out of Tupelo, MS, and works with high schools and colleges in the region.  As a former athlete and coach, he enjoys being around the sports industry and helping today’s kids and coaches look the best while they succeed on the field. In his spare time he and his wife Rachel can be found at a ball field following their son at one of his games, or at the lake enjoying other adventures. 

Matt James

Sales Representative

Matt is Star's road sales representative in Michigan. He is a veteran in the Sporting Goods sales industry with  25+ years of sales experience. He is a huge sports fan and plays as much golf as he can.  He loves spending time with his kids and grandkids. He lives with his girlfriend Kandy and two dogs, Zeke and Ellie May.

Sue Lanziero

Sales Representative

Back in 1997 Sue got her first taste of the apparel industry working for a uniform rental agency, first in customer service then on the production floor as a supervisor.  Due to company relocation she moved on and found a home with a direct sale apparel company, which also customized.  It was here that she found her calling and stayed with the company through relocation and buyouts doing customer service, sales, production and branch management until 2014.  As time wore on and the business model shifted Sue thought about moving on, and another perfect opportunity fell into her lap at Star.  This industry is full of ups and downs both with business flow and interpersonal relationships.  It keeps her on her toes, keeps things interesting and has allowed her to meet and work with some of the best individuals, both customers and coworkers.
